About Dr. Keba
Dr. Keba M. Rogers is the CEO and Founder of Third Avenue Psychological Services, PLLC. Dr. Keba is a NYS Licensed Psychologist and Certified School Psychologist, a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and a Diplomate in School Neuropsychology with the American Board of School Neuropsychologists. She has also completed a certificate in School Leadership for Social-Emotional Learning and Character Development and participated in the Interschool Leadership Institute for Educators of Color.
Dr. Keba has been an enthusiastic mental health professional for over 20 years and has assisted children, adolescents, adults, and families in working together effectively in the promotion of their mental, emotional, and social health and well-being. She has provided this service in a variety of settings, including public and private schools (K-12 and higher education), residential treatment facilities, and hospitals. Additionally, she has held a number of leadership roles that have allowed her to empower people and organizations in their growth and development pertaining to the areas of health and wellness.
Dr. Keba completed her education at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Community Mental Health with a minor in African American Studies; A Master of Arts degree in School Psychology; and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Counseling Psychology and School Psychology. She completed an APA-approved clinical psychology internship with the Chicago Area Christian Training Consortium at a residential treatment facility focusing on trauma and an APA-approved post-doctoral clinical psychology residency with the University of Rochester Medical School/Strong Memorial Hospital focusing on community-based interventions.
